Apparently, it <a href=\"\/%22http:\/\/msnbc.msn.com\/id\/15628904\/site\/newsweek\/%22\">was quite a spectacle<\/a>, yet no one knows how the court will rule because Roberts and Alito have no &#8216;real&#8217; caselaw prior to joining the court that might hint as to which way they may lean.<br \/>\nI would love to sit in on an argument, and I&#8217;d be interested in reading the transcripts for this one.  The only thing that really bothers me is the idiot who disrupted everything.  This isn&#8217;t a church or a circus; it&#8217;s the Supreme Court.  It&#8217;s downright disrespectful.
