They list 17 counts of infringement, and find at least <a href=\"\/%22http:\/\/homepages.cquest.utoronto.ca\/~cks\/whitewolf.complaint.pdf%22\">60 if not more instances were the movie borrows from White Wolf and Collins<\/a>.<br \/>\nI especially loved the parts were the plaintiffs claim the vampires &quot;embrace&quot; similar to that of <i>Vampire: the Masquerade<\/i> yet no mention of it is actually made in the movie.  That and much of the so called copying can also be referenced back to <i>Dracula<\/i>, which if I&#8217;m not mistaken is public domain.
