Vote <b>no<\/b> to <a href=\"\/%22http:\/\/www.woai.com\/news\/state\/story.aspx?content_id=D89373DA-5100-40B8-B941-D5E6620AC95C%22\">Proposition 12<\/a>.  A judge and a jury should be the ones to decide whether a doctor or a drunk driver will be held accountable to a plaintiff for damages, not the legislature.  By taking that right away, you undermine the legal system and take away the only recourse we have to seek repair.  $250,000 is not enough to bring back a loved one from the grave.<br \/>\nSo insurance premiums are unbearably high.  Why isn&#8217;t anyone questioning the insurance companies for the rise in prices. And who&#8217;s funding Proposition 12?
