This has confused me since I was little, especially watching a lot of UK TV (which is basically on the other end of the nudity/violence spectrum in a lot of ways).
I can understand ratings and whatever… knowing what your in for is a good thing, but beyond "make sure the rating is accurate", restrictions on what can/can't be said/shown/etc on TV/Movies/Whatever is just silly… isn't it?
